Gift Boutique delivers throughout Auckland. Our standard delivery services operate during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
We request the recipient’s phone number (we won’t call ahead) to enable the courier to contact them directly in case any issues arise. This helps avoid delays and redelivery fees, ensuring a smoother and faster delivery experience. Providing as much detail as possible in the delivery information will also make the process easier.
Please note, we currently only deliver Candle Bouquets within Auckland.

Standard Delivery - $9.50: This option does not guarantee a specific time or date. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. The fee is charged per box.
Saturday Delivery (ONLY residential addresses within a 15km radius from Auckland CBD) - $30.00: The cut-off for Saturday delivery is 3 pm every Friday. The fee is charged per box.
Auckland Next Day Delivery (ONLY within a 15km radius from Auckland CBD): Delivery costs $15.00. As our candle flower bouquets are handcrafted to order, we don’t currently offer same-day delivery. Orders must be placed before 3 pm the previous day for guaranteed next-day delivery, which will occur between 1 pm and 6 pm. If the gift cannot be left safely, a redelivery fee will apply. The fee is charged per box.
Outer Auckland (15km - 40km from Auckland CBD) - Standard Delivery Only, Monday to Friday.
Rural Delivery - $17.50: Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery. The fee is charged per box.

Peak Period Delivery
During peak seasonal periods, we may not be able to guarantee delivery at your preferred time. Occasionally, deliveries may arrive earlier or later than expected.
Quality of Delivery
All our bouquets leave our premises in top condition. We trust our couriers to deliver them in the same pristine shape. If your chocolate bouquet arrives damaged, please send us a photo within one hour of delivery. We will assess the damages and contact you immediately to discuss the next steps. If we determine that the issue is on our end, we will send out a replacement bouquet. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Weather Considerations
We cannot control the weather, especially during warmer seasons. We will do our utmost to ensure that your bouquet does not melt upon delivery. Bouquets containing chocolates are particularly susceptible to melting in high temperatures.
No One Home?
If the recipient is not home during delivery and the gift cannot be left in a safe location, a redelivery fee will apply. If the package is to be left in a safe location, please specify the exact spot. A photo of the delivery will be sent as proof, but please note that we cannot take responsibility if the bouquet is stolen, damaged, or melted after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Gift Boutique will not be liable for incorrect addresses provided. If you request a re-delivery to the correct address, same delivery charges will apply. We encourage you to ensure that the recipient is at home or at their workplace during the delivery time. Alternatively, you may provide instructions for us to leave the bouquet with a neighbour.

Occasionally, parcels may go missing. We’ve found our delivery service to be reliable 99% of the time. In the rare event a parcel is lost, all shipments are insured, and we will arrange a replacement once the courier confirms the loss.
