During high-demand seasons, we may be unable to guarantee delivery at the exact time requested. Deliveries may occasionally arrive earlier or later than expected.
All bouquets are dispatched in top condition. We work with trusted couriers to ensure they arrive in pristine shape. If your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within one hour with a photo. We will assess and reach out to discuss the next steps. If the damage is our responsibility, a replacement bouquet will be provided. Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
We take extra care to prevent bouquets from melting during warm weather. However, chocolate bouquets are especially sensitive to high temperatures, and we cannot control external conditions.
If no one is available to receive the delivery and the bouquet cannot be left safely, a redelivery fee will apply. If a safe location is available, please specify the exact spot. A photo will be sent as proof of delivery, but we cannot take responsibility if the bouquet is stolen, damaged, or melted after delivery.
Gift Boutique is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. If a redelivery is requested to the correct address, standard delivery charges will apply. Please ensure that the recipient will be available at the delivery location, or provide alternative instructions to leave the bouquet with a neighbor.
While we find our delivery service to be reliable 99% of the time, on rare occasions, parcels may go missing. All shipments are insured, and if a parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement once the courier confirms the loss.
